About the role
- Conduct compensation analyses and salary structure reviews, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal strategies.
- Prepare studies on salary movements, job classifications, promotions, and periodic adjustments.
- Maintain and update the salary table and pay ranges by role.
- Support the design, review, and monitoring of variable compensation programs.
- Perform financial simulations and support internal teams in understanding the models.
- Metrics and analysis
- Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic business decisions.
- Work with People Analytics on studies that correlate compensation, performance, and business outcomes.
- Support the job evaluation and job description process.
- Conduct salary surveys (external and internal), benchmarking, and consolidation of market indicators.
- Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes within the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in compensation (preferably in a large company or retail).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling.
- Familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).
