About the role

  • Conduct compensation analyses and salary structure reviews, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal strategies.
  • Prepare studies on salary movements, job classifications, promotions, and periodic adjustments.
  • Maintain and update the salary table and pay ranges by role.
  • Support the design, review, and monitoring of variable compensation programs.
  • Perform financial simulations and support internal teams in understanding the models.
  • Metrics and analysis
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic business decisions.
  • Work with People Analytics on studies that correlate compensation, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Support the job evaluation and job description process.
  • Conduct salary surveys (external and internal), benchmarking, and consolidation of market indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in compensation (preferably in a large company or retail).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling.
  • Familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).
