About the role
- Evaluate the company’s profitability and sales, identify key opportunities, and take direct action to improve results through action plans;
- Develop pricing strategies based on recent historical data and price research;
- Create monitoring tools and reports, share information with related departments, and collaborate on improvement proposals to ensure healthy sales;
- Design strategies to ensure objective margin targets are met, guiding product inclusion and negotiation by the commercial team, and ensuring margin pass-through during supplier price adjustments;
- Define promotion strategies for products nearing expiration with the aim of reducing the company’s write-offs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Pricing, or Commercial Management;
- Prior experience in commercial planning, pricing, controllership, trade marketing, or market intelligence;
- Experience with profitability analysis, price setting, margins, and commercial performance indicators (KPIs);
- Experience in retail, distribution, or consumer goods companies is desirable;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (analysis and dashboards);
- Knowledge of price modeling, demand elasticity, and margin management;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and commercial management software;
- Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS, Brazil.
