About the role
- Develop and maintain the IT governance framework, including policies, procedures and standards.
- Monitor audits and define action plans in response to identified findings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Define and implement processes.
- Compile area metrics and define actions to achieve targets.
- Facilitate communication between the IT team and other departments.
- Propose best practices for contract and vendor management.
- Monitor and evaluate the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
