About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and co-lead the entire Consulting Services organization
- Drive SOW business across key customers and target prospects
- Identify and pursue net new logo opportunities
- Lead executive-level outreach and introductory conversations with prospective clients
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop account entry strategies for high-priority prospects
- Proactively identify and pursue whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts
- Provide oversight of the delivery team and add client feedback into the delivery operations
- Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables against contractual and client expectations
- Serve as member of project committees
- Review and approve financials, budgets, forecasts and estimates at completion
- Assume responsibility for overall client satisfaction related to own engagements
- Estimate, scope and develop approaches on new project opportunities
- Collaborate with customers to identify additional opportunities
- Mentor and collaborate Solutions Executives and Solution Leader SMEs
- Support sales team members and work to position, propose, sell and close business
- Develop and maintain executive level relationships with client base
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BA in Business, Computer Science or IT; MBA preferred
- Big 5 consulting experience (or similar) at Partner or Senior Manager level
- 12+ years of consulting experience
- 12+ years industry-specific experience for the designated industry focus area
- Manage teams comprised of up to 20 professionals per engagement
- Project portfolio management, tracking and collaboration
- Knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies, and delivery approaches
- Experience with onboarding/off-boarding consultants with clients
- Experience with resources planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or required
