About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, and sustainable growth;
Manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads;
Create campaign structures, audience segmentations, ad copy, and A/B tests;
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and CTR;
Analyze data and generate strategic insights for continuous improvement;
Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently;
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio;
Keep up with market trends and test new strategies and channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with paid media (mid-level)
Strong command of Ads platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Experience with marketing funnels and the customer journey
Knowledge of performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with tracking and analytics tools: Google Analytics; advanced Excel/Google Sheets
