About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits, evaluating UX, conversion funnel, user journey, mobile experience, and checkout
  • Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and funnel analysis
  • Monitor and interpret metrics that compose the customer journey, identifying bottlenecks between traffic acquisition (paid and organic) and conversion
  • Create, prioritize, and manage A/B tests, from hypothesis generation to analysis and documentation of results
  • Develop and implement tagging plans and data standardization to ensure analysis quality
  • Serve as the technical interface between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, contributing to customer experience optimization
  • Document learnings and structure playbooks and internal CRO best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and data analysis in digital environments
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and user behavior analysis tools (e.g., heatmaps)
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Understanding of UX and user journey
  • Experience in digital retail or e-commerce is a plus.
