About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the software products developed by the company.
  • Works from the initial stages of development through final delivery, planning, executing and automating tests to ensure the system meets functional and non-functional requirements and is free of defects.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements to understand the project scope.
  • Support the definition and continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Create, review and maintain test plans, test suites and manual and automated test cases.
  • Participate in planning, refinement and sprint review meetings (in agile environments).
  • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance and integration tests.
  • Report, document and track defects found in applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields;
  • Previous experience working as a QA Analyst / Software Test Analyst;
  • Knowledge of analysis of functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Experience in creating, executing and maintaining test plans, scenarios and test cases;
  • Experience with manual and automated testing;
  • Knowledge of functional, regression, exploratory, integration and performance testing;
  • Experience in test automation using appropriate tools and frameworks;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience in recording, documenting and tracking defects (bugs);
  • Basic knowledge of version control (Git).
  • Intermediate English
  • Availability to travel
