About the role
- Coordinate and guide the external sales team, assigning tasks and targets to be achieved.
- Monitor external sales activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Analyze and track team performance indicators, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
- Actively participate in sales strategic planning, contributing ideas and suggestions to achieve established goals.
- Conduct visits to strategic clients to identify business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare management reports on external sales results, presenting analyses and forecasts to the team and management.
- Provide training and development for the external sales team to build skills and competencies.
- Stay up to date on the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for the business.
- Safeguard the company’s image, ensuring excellent service and customer retention.
- Act ethically and transparently, following company guidelines and contributing to a healthy and productive work environment.
