About the role

  • Coordinate and guide the external sales team, assigning tasks and targets to be achieved.
  • Monitor external sales activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

  • Actively participate in sales strategic planning, contributing ideas and suggestions to achieve established goals.
  • Conduct visits to strategic clients to identify business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare management reports on external sales results, presenting analyses and forecasts to the team and management.
  • Provide training and development for the external sales team to build skills and competencies.
  • Stay up to date on the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities for the business.
  • Safeguard the company’s image, ensuring excellent service and customer retention.
  • Act ethically and transparently, following company guidelines and contributing to a healthy and productive work environment.
