About the role
- Act as Delivery Manager for strategic, cross-functional initiatives, from planning to value delivery, connecting all areas and stakeholders involved in the initiative;
- Structure and drive execution plans, milestones, dependencies and risks for initiatives;
- Orchestrate work across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations and corporate areas, ensuring alignment and smooth flow;
- Actively remove organizational impediments and systemic bottlenecks;
- Ensure executive visibility of initiative progress, with clear, concise, decision-oriented communication;
- Lead executive forums and strategic committees with status updates, risk analyses, scenarios and recommendations;
- Connect initiative execution to the company’s OKRs and strategic priorities;
- Partner with teams while respecting existing agile frameworks;
- Ensure disciplined use of management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, dashboards), focusing on predictability and value.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager, working on strategic and complex initiatives;
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments with multiple stakeholders and deep knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Strong ability to influence without formal authority;
- Experience managing risks, dependencies and prioritization;
- Excellent executive communication, both verbal and written;
- Practical knowledge of agile and hybrid methods (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Lean, etc.), with a focus on outcomes rather than dogma;
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
