About the role

  • Monitor and support the performance of franchised stores, ensuring commercial strategy is executed with excellence.
  • Ensure implementation of commercial cycles, maximizing the potential of the territory under your responsibility.
  • Evaluate the financial situation of franchises, focusing on profitability, cost efficiency, and profit potential.
  • Propose strategic and tactical actions to franchisees based on knowledge of the local retail market, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Monitor competitors in the area and suggest initiatives to protect and expand market share.
  • Curate the most representative stores, ensuring excellence in execution and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with franchisor rules and standards, guaranteeing correct execution of commercial strategies at points of sale (POS).
  • Develop, together with franchisees, action plans that boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support franchisees in resolving operational and strategic issues, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage performance indicators (KPIs), tracking sales, revenue, and profitability trends.

Requirements

  • Education
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • - Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Retail, or Leadership is desirable.
  • Technical skills
  • - Experience in commercial roles, working in Retail or Franchising companies at a national level, including servicing network operations.
  • - Basic financial management knowledge, experience creating plans and executing tactical sales actions.
  • - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • - Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents) is desirable.
  • - Ability to monitor performance indicators, interpret results, and provide constructive feedback.
  • - Knowledge of retail management systems is a plus.
  • Additional requirements
  • - Valid driver's license (CNH) category B.
  • - Availability for frequent travel.
