About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the accounting close routines by posting entries, performing reconciliations, and conducting basic analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
Execute and monitor account reconciliations, ensuring balance consistency and identifying any discrepancies for adjustment;
Assist in analyzing account variances, contributing to the quality of reported information;
Provide support for corporate accounting activities, ensuring transactions are recorded correctly in accordance with accounting standards;
Work together with transactional areas, monitoring postings and supporting correct accounting classification;
Assist in organizing documents and information for internal and external audits;
Contribute to process improvements within the department, supporting the standardization of routines and controls;
Support initiatives to internalize activities, participating in the organization and execution of accounting routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in accounting routines, especially in closing and reconciliations;
Basic knowledge of corporate accounting and accounting standards (CPC/IFRS);
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data control and analysis;
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines;
Developing analytical profile with an interest in deepening technical knowledge;
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, interacting with different areas.
