About the role
- Ensure execution of the Internal and External Evaluation System
- Control and monitor project and contract costs
- Monitor the evaluation project and system, as well as the ERP tool
- Analyze cost variances (actual vs. budget), proposing corrective actions and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage contracts and suppliers/vendors
- Work in partnership with Engineering, Operations and Finance teams
- Track the flow of purchase orders and contracts in corporate systems (e.g., SAP)
- Develop and maintain controls and management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with data analysis
- Knowledge of PowerPoint
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI experience is a plus
