About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the correct calculation of indirect taxes, the timely submission of ancillary tax filings, creation of monitoring indicators, and review of the service provider;
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct calculation of indirect taxes and the timely submission of ancillary tax filings;
  • Ensure the system/master-data update of ICMS and ICMS‑ST rates applicable to the business;
  • Control and ensure delivery of ancillary obligations and payment of taxes within statutory deadlines;
  • Create monitoring indicators;
  • Review, together with our supplier, feasibility studies and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in calculation and ancillary filings for indirect taxes, with emphasis on ICMS;
  • Experience in the retail sector;
  • Education: university degree (completed);
  • Technical knowledge: mechanics of ISS and ST; tax legislation, especially for the State of São Paulo;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
