About the role
- Design, develop and implement technical and behavioral learning solutions for Operations (Stores and Distribution Center) and Corporate audiences, considering different formats (in-person, online and hybrid) and multiple hierarchical levels.
- Work in partnership with leaders and subject-matter experts to diagnose development needs, connecting learning to the business’s strategies and challenges.
- Manage end-to-end training processes, including: needs assessment, instructional design, agenda and schedule planning, logistics (rooms, materials, giveaways), vendor management, budget control and payments.
- Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, engagement, NPS, effectiveness, ROI when applicable), consolidating data and preparing management presentations with insights and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement of development programs by proposing enhancements based on feedback, data and corporate education trends.
- Contribute to spreading the organizational culture, reinforcing desired behaviors, values and practices through educational solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in training and development and learning methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Office suite skills (focus on Excel and executive presentations)
- Organization, adaptability, critical thinking, assertive communication and the ability to influence are core competencies for this role
