About the role
- Be responsible for end-to-end training processes (schedules, timelines, room bookings, supplier contact, promotional items, etc.; budgeting and payments)
- Support the management of department KPIs
- Manage training materials
- Produce basic reports on engagement, NPS, and general evaluations
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Experience with administrative processes
- Experience in training management is desirable
