About the role

  • Act as an HR consultant for areas of commercial expansion, technology, finance, HR and HSE, and other corporate areas, influencing the executive team in strategic decision-making
  • Support the creation, review and optimization of organizational structures, assisting managers in all HR processes
  • Lead and develop a direct team, ensuring excellence in HRBP deliverables
  • Monitor and influence systemic business thinking through budget control (Budgets), productivity indicators and Headcount (HC) strategy
  • Participate in the performance cycle, together with specialist HR areas, supporting managers in calibration processes, feedback, Individual Development Plans (PDI), Talent Management and Succession
  • Manage indicators by monitoring and presenting monthly HR KPIs (Turnover, Absenteeism, Vacancy SLA, Training Hours, e-NPS) and connecting them to the financial results of the areas served
  • Work with specialist teams on the application and updating of the company’s code of ethics and code of conduct
  • Support and advise leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new leaders to complex offboarding analyses (costs, impacts and stability)
  • Provide tactical and strategic service to internal clients, ensuring alignment and compliance with people management policies and supporting HR specialist areas.

Requirements

  • Mastery of all HR subsystems: Attraction & Selection, Organizational & Human Development (OHD) and Training (T&D), Compensation, Budgeting, Diversity & Inclusion, among others
  • Knowledge of Budget Planning and Productivity Strategy
  • Advanced Office suite skills (focus on Excel and executive presentations)
  • Assertive communication and strong influencing skills
  • Resilience and adaptability to operate in fast-growth/expansion environments
  • Experience in people management and team development
  • A second language is a plus: English and/or Spanish
