About the role
- Monitor internal client interactions, analyzing cases and proposing solutions.
- Focus on analyzing open support tickets to ensure correct execution of processes.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the internal customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and troubleshooting via support tickets.
- Completed degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
