Sales Management Consultant
Grupo MouraSales Consultant managing distributor sales processes to achieve sales targets at Moura. Engaging with teams and supporting strategic sales initiatives across Brazil.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside distributors in sales management processes, driving achievement of sales volume targets, TPV (credit card billing) and distributors' NPS.
- Conduct market analyses and manage performance indicators.
- Manage the customer portfolio.
- Train sales teams on sales management processes, Vendas Rede Moura systems and sales procedures.
- Promote the Moura Management System within sales teams.
- Support distributors in developing and executing action plans and addressing anomalies.
- Manage Trade Marketing and monitor in-store (POS) campaigns.
- Drive installment sales through CREDMOURA as a business strategy.
- Promote and ensure improvement of the distributor's NPS.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Knowledge of sales planning, sales routing and CRM preferred.
- Residence in São Paulo.
- Willingness to travel anywhere in the country (approximately 15 days per month).
