About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside distributors in sales management processes, driving achievement of sales volume targets, TPV (credit card billing) and distributors' NPS.
  • Conduct market analyses and manage performance indicators.
  • Manage the customer portfolio.
  • Train sales teams on sales management processes, Vendas Rede Moura systems and sales procedures.
  • Promote the Moura Management System within sales teams.
  • Support distributors in developing and executing action plans and addressing anomalies.
  • Manage Trade Marketing and monitor in-store (POS) campaigns.
  • Drive installment sales through CREDMOURA as a business strategy.
  • Promote and ensure improvement of the distributor's NPS.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales planning, sales routing and CRM preferred.
  • Residence in São Paulo.
  • Willingness to travel anywhere in the country (approximately 15 days per month).
