About the role
- Prospect new clients and business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular sales visits, maintaining active relationships with the client portfolio.
- Achieve sales according to company-established targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms within defined guidelines.
- Monitor orders, invoicing, and deliveries with internal departments.
- Ensure correct execution of pricing, product mix, and commercial policies.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and regional trends.
- Prepare sales, visit, and performance reports.
- Work on reactivating inactive clients and expanding the client base.
- Support commercial activities, campaigns, and product launches.
- Maintain the company’s image and ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in external/field sales, preferably in the pet segment.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience in customer service and commercial negotiation.
