About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic link between business areas, IT and leadership, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and technological capabilities;
  • Lead the definition and evolution of strategic technical requirements, ensuring non-functional decisions support scalability, security and alignment with corporate direction;
  • Orchestrate the prioritization and governance of the backlog and technology roadmap, guiding architecture initiatives that increase capacity, maturity and innovation;
  • Assess structural risks across the application ecosystem and promote strategic mitigation actions that strengthen resilience, compliance and adherence to the reference architecture;
  • Architecture governance: manage and govern the application portfolio in LeanIX, maintaining and evolving documentation of integrations and system specifics;
  • Establish best practices and architecture standards to drive consistency and efficiency in technology solutions;
  • Lead the vision and adoption of enterprise AI agents, integrating artificial intelligence as a strategic component of the digital ecosystem;
  • Propose future technological architectures based on multi-cloud and hybrid environments, advising on platform choices and modernization decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, acting strategically to define drivers, principles and an integrated vision between business and technology;
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate);
  • Experience designing enterprise architectures and implementing architectural modeling (C4 Model);
  • Ability to define target architectures and strategic roadmaps;
  • Broad knowledge of corporate platforms (cloud, data, integration, security, applications);
  • Consultative approach and influence with senior leadership, with the ability to communicate complex scenarios clearly and value-oriented;
  • Experience implementing architectural governance, promoting standardization, risk control, rationalization and technological sustainability;
  • Skill in impact analysis, risk assessment and trade‑off evaluation, considering technical, financial, regulatory and strategic aspects of corporate decisions;
  • Experience leading technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives, supporting squads and business areas with an integrated architecture perspective;
  • Behavioral strengths include critical thinking to support strategic decisions, clear and influential communication, collaborative technical leadership in multidisciplinary teams, high adaptability to dynamic contexts and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
