About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the information security team, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of team members.
Lead the Data Privacy agenda.
Develop and implement the company's information security strategy, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Manage information security across all business segments of Grupo Marista.
Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's information assets, including data, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Manage information security risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.
Ensure rapid detection and response to security incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring business continuity.
Conduct post-incident analysis to identify improvements and prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation, such as the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Develop and implement employee awareness and training programs on information security.
Manage the information security budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Conduct security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and threats in information security.
Promote the continuous development of the team through training and professional certifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English (conversational).
Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and processes.
Postgraduate degree or information security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001, are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
