About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The JCA Internship Program 2026 is an opportunity for students who want hands-on learning and to develop new skills
In this edition, openings are concentrated in Barueri, where the teams responsible for digital transformation, product development, marketing and performance for Grupo JCA’s brands are based
You may work in one of three strategic areas: Paid Media Internship, Market Intelligence Internship, or Marketing – Social Media and Content Internship

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program relevant to one of the opportunities in the program
Have an expected graduation date from December 2028 onwards, allowing you to participate in the program for up to two years
Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Be interested in technology, marketing, data analysis or communication
Demonstrate curiosity to investigate problems and propose solutions
Have good communication skills, be organized and able to work collaboratively
Be interested in using artificial intelligence tools to support analyses and create content
Knowledge or academic experience, courses or projects involving Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Power BI, agile methodologies, digital marketing or other technologies related to the area will be considered a plus
