About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work across all stages of the value stream, ensuring that quality begins with requirement definition and is maintained through product delivery;
- Act as guardian of the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), ensuring that stories are clear, testable, and have well-defined acceptance criteria;
- Support the writing of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, contributing to a better understanding of the business and the user experience;
- Plan, execute, and document functional and regression tests;
- Provide evidence of executed tests, ensuring traceability and transparency of product quality;
- Collaborate with the team on sprint planning and execution, aligned with agile principles and practices;
- Support the evolution of quality processes and tools within the squad;
- Contribute to the future implementation of automated tests and the continuous improvement of QA pipelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing;
- Knowledge of requirements analysis and acceptance criteria;
- Familiarity with bug and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with test management and test evidence tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Qase, or similar);
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) and CI/CD;
- Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, etc.);
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience verifying data in databases is desirable;
- Experience with code versioning (Git) and continuous integration pipelines;
