About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full management of the service contract lifecycle: amendments, renewals and terminations;
Negotiation of contractual terms and coordination with service providers;
Review and critical analysis of contract drafts;
Calculation and monitoring of contractual indices (adjustments, corrections);
Contract measurement, payment management and recording of change history (from/to);
Deadline tracking and expiration alerts to ensure continuity of services;
Interface with internal departments to align demands and resolve contractual issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in procurement and/or management of service contracts;
Experience in negotiation, contract review and ongoing contract management;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience with contract measurement and management of contract amendments;
Knowledge of TOTVS RM and FLUIG systems is a plus.
