About the role

  • Develop the positioning and creation of brands for new assets through market studies, definition of the value proposition, and alignment with business strategy, aiming to strengthen brand identity and increase competitiveness;
  • Develop the visual and verbal identity of new projects by managing and aligning with specialized partners, ensuring consistency with the defined positioning to secure clear, standardized communication that adheres to the brand strategy;
  • Create institutional and commercial presentations by structuring content and design focused on strategic communication, to support the sale of new projects and facilitate stakeholders’ understanding of proposals;
  • Manage contracts and relationships with advertising agencies and production partners by monitoring deliverables, deadlines, and service quality, aiming to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and quality in deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Experience in brand building and marketing, including creating strategic positioning, value propositions, and brand identity;
  • Experience in strategic brand planning and developing scripts for persuasive and impactful sales presentations;
  • Deep knowledge of branding;
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
