About the role
- Coordinate the IT infrastructure team, promoting organization, prioritization, delivery tracking and technical development of the team;
- Serve as the focal point between infrastructure, other IT areas and business units;
- Plan capacity, continuous improvements and technological evolution of the environment;
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, backup, Wi‑Fi and network services;
- Ensure availability, performance and security of on-premises and cloud environments;
- Monitor environments, handle incidents, problems and changes, ensuring adherence to SLAs;
- Administer and evolve the Microsoft Azure environment, including networking, VMs, storage, security and cost control;
- Administer Office 365 / Microsoft 365, including identity, access management, security policies and collaboration tools;
- Support the definition of architectures for new projects and solutions;
- Design pipelines, automations and DevOps best practices in partnership with development and systems teams;
- Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery plans, perform periodic tests and keep documentation up to date;
- Support expansion projects and new sites, ensuring appropriate infrastructure (network, connectivity, security and services);
- Participate in the technical planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud);
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi)
- Backup and data recovery
- Experience in people management;
- Experience managing critical, high-availability environments;
- Experience structuring or operating DevOps practices;
- Experience with Disaster Recovery environments;
- Knowledge of ITIL (IT service management), service management best practices or information security.
