About the role

  • Monitor and administratively control construction, project and supplier contracts, managing contract balances and terms of validity;
  • Receive, check and record measurement reports and verify invoices related to the area;
  • Organize and update construction project documentation;
  • Open and follow up processes with the Procurement and Legal departments;
  • Support the payment process with the Finance department;
  • Prepare administrative reports and controls;
  • Provide management support in project implementation;
  • Ensure the organization of contractual and administrative information, compliance with deadlines, and the smooth progress of the area's activities and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Financial Management, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience with administrative routines for construction works or projects;
  • Experience in contract control or service measurements;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with RM (TOTVS) will be considered a plus.
