About the role

  • Support the control and monitoring of all payments for the department;
  • Assist with the organization and execution of internal events (coffee gatherings, trainings, general logistics);
  • Support internal marketing (employee engagement) activities, including inventory control, organization and distribution of giveaways;
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of internal marketing initiatives;
  • Support initiatives focused on diversity and internal communications;
  • Liaise with partner areas such as Procurement and Finance to ensure smooth processes;
  • Assist with other administrative activities related to the People (HR) area as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed, or currently enrolled in a degree in Administration, HR, Communications or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate level);
  • Willingness to learn and develop in People, Communications and Culture;
  • Ownership mindset;
  • Sense of responsibility and urgency;
  • Organized with strong attention to detail;
  • Agile and proactive;
  • Good interpersonal skills.
