About the role

  • Prospecting new business opportunities;
  • Conducting consulting meetings with qualified clients;
  • Presenting the company's solutions clearly and persuasively;
  • Understanding clients' needs;
  • Negotiating pricing and terms with clients;
  • Preparing proposals, invoices (boletos), and contracts;
  • Updating the CRM after each interaction/meeting;
  • Conducting follow-ups;
  • Ensuring individual targets set by leaders are met;
  • Maintaining strong relationships and alignment with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Specialized courses in sales, negotiation, or related fields are desirable.
  • Experience selling courses and mentoring programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling and/or BANT;
  • Consultative sales profile.
