About the role
- Prospecting new business opportunities;
- Conducting consulting meetings with qualified clients;
- Presenting the company's solutions clearly and persuasively;
- Understanding clients' needs;
- Negotiating pricing and terms with clients;
- Preparing proposals, invoices (boletos), and contracts;
- Updating the CRM after each interaction/meeting;
- Conducting follow-ups;
- Ensuring individual targets set by leaders are met;
- Maintaining strong relationships and alignment with the sales team.
Requirements
- Specialized courses in sales, negotiation, or related fields are desirable.
- Experience selling courses and mentoring programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling and/or BANT;
- Consultative sales profile.
