About the role

  • Conduct video meetings with clients whenever necessary, ensuring strategic alignment and close follow-up;
  • Perform onboarding for new clients, ensuring efficient integration and a positive initial experience with the service;
  • Manage client scheduling, keeping it up to date, strategic, and aligned with each clinic's expectations and goals;
  • Identify and route requests to the creative team based on client agreements;
  • Collect and organize required materials, ensuring an efficient information flow between client, creative, and support teams;
  • Update and maintain the client database, including information such as TV IDs, number of devices, requests submitted, and interaction history;
  • Provide immediate post-sales support, monitoring the client's first steps and ensuring a satisfactory experience from the start;
  • Ensure speed and efficiency in response times, conveying confidence and reliability in all communications;
  • Develop strategic campaigns that generate results and propose continuous improvements focused on performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed degree in commercial management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
