About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct video meetings with clients whenever necessary, ensuring strategic alignment and close follow-up;
Perform onboarding for new clients, ensuring efficient integration and a positive initial experience with the service;
Manage client scheduling, keeping it up to date, strategic, and aligned with each clinic's expectations and goals;
Identify and route requests to the creative team based on client agreements;
Collect and organize required materials, ensuring an efficient information flow between client, creative, and support teams;
Update and maintain the client database, including information such as TV IDs, number of devices, requests submitted, and interaction history;
Provide immediate post-sales support, monitoring the client's first steps and ensuring a satisfactory experience from the start;
Ensure speed and efficiency in response times, conveying confidence and reliability in all communications;
Develop strategic campaigns that generate results and propose continuous improvements focused on performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in or completed degree in commercial management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
