About the role

  • Edit videos for social media, with a primary focus on Instagram (Reels);
  • Create videos with impactful openings (strong hooks in the first seconds);
  • Adapt content to different formats and durations (Reels, Stories, Feed);
  • Monitor trends, memes, formats, and styles that are performing well;
  • Propose editing ideas and video structures based on what’s trending;
  • Ensure pace, dynamism, and clarity in edits;
  • Work aligned with the content strategy and engagement objectives;

Requirements

  • Experience with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • Practical knowledge of social media, especially Instagram;
  • Understanding of basic engagement metrics (retention, reach, interaction);
  • Ability to quickly identify what’s working on social platforms;
  • Strong sense of short-form storytelling and dynamic editing for social media; prior video editing experience required;
  • Organized and attentive to deadlines;
  • Advantage: experience with product launches or working with infoproducts (digital/online products).
