About the role
- Collect and organize franchisees' purchase orders and requirements;
- Negotiate prices, lead times and terms with suppliers, focusing on volume discounts;
- Keep franchisees engaged and informed about offers, campaigns and exclusive benefits;
- Create and update price lists, product catalogs, commercial terms and campaign communications;
- Generate performance and purchase compliance reports by franchisee;
- Propose process improvements and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational gains;
- Act as the point of contact between the franchisor and partner suppliers, ensuring alignment and smooth deliveries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in procurement, commercial/sales or B2B customer service;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with franchisees and suppliers;
- Ability to organize requests, perform follow-up and manage multiple orders simultaneously;
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel;
- Proactive and committed profile with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
