About the role

  • Collect and organize franchisees' purchase orders and requirements;
  • Negotiate prices, lead times and terms with suppliers, focusing on volume discounts;
  • Keep franchisees engaged and informed about offers, campaigns and exclusive benefits;
  • Create and update price lists, product catalogs, commercial terms and campaign communications;
  • Generate performance and purchase compliance reports by franchisee;
  • Propose process improvements and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational gains;
  • Act as the point of contact between the franchisor and partner suppliers, ensuring alignment and smooth deliveries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in procurement, commercial/sales or B2B customer service;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with franchisees and suppliers;
  • Ability to organize requests, perform follow-up and manage multiple orders simultaneously;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel;
  • Proactive and committed profile with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
