About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in the Auto Product Directorate, within Analytics-Pricing, for Fleet and Truck products
Develop and refine demand and conversion models to optimize insurance product pricing
Monitor model performance
Analyze datasets using SAS, R, SQL and/or Python
Collaborate with multidisciplinary product and pricing teams
Understand requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and products from a modeling perspective
Explore new variables and data sources to improve models' predictive power
Monitor KPIs and the performance of models and pricing/rates
Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve model efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Experience in Insurance Pricing
Experience in statistical modeling
Knowledge of SAS, Python, Emblem and Power BI
Advanced English and a postgraduate degree are considered a plus
