Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Degree in progress or completed in Administration, Insurance Management or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience in telephone customer service within the insurance sector (required)
  • Experience in automobile insurance customer service (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (desirable)
