About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Chat support for brokers, answering questions about non-auto products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferably completed in Business Administration, Insurance Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience providing service and interacting with brokers, commercial teams, and underwriting (required)
  • Knowledge of insurance across other lines of business (desired)
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce (desired)
