About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from briefing to offer)
Support leaders in defining candidate profiles and attraction strategies
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and interact with candidates
Ensure a positive experience for all participants in our hiring processes
Use tools and data to support decisions and continuously improve processes
Collaborate with different areas of the company to understand their business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Experience in recruitment and selection
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational skills and a sense of priorities
Curiosity and willingness to learn (this counts a lot here!)
Analytical mindset to support decision-making
The following will be a plus:
Experience in consulting
Knowledge of behavioral assessments
Experience handling a high volume of vacancies
Interest in innovation, technology, and the use of AI in HR
