Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate, in a standardized manner, the visual condition of vehicles from a technical perspective, providing safe and reliable support for risk acceptance, fraud reduction and operational efficiency, always within the limits and responsibilities defined for remote (non‑in-person) inspections.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (required)
Technical course in automotive, mechanical, bodywork, insurance or related fields (advantage)
Experience in vehicle inspection activities (in-person or remote), technical image analysis or visual inspections, insurance operations, claims or risk acceptance, and handling high-volume workloads with SLA-driven operations (desirable)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of vehicle structure and components, common types of damage (body, paint, glass and external parts), fundamental concepts of inspection, pre-inspection and risk acceptance, and familiarity with vehicle inspection processes (desirable)
Basic IT skills, comfortable operating inspection systems, digital platforms, recording tools, checklists and workflows (desirable)
Strong visual analytical skills and attention to detail to produce clear, objective and standardized technical reports and to maintain productivity and quality even under high volumes of demand
Ability to identify non-conformities, apparent damage and technical limitations inherent to image-based analysis
Commitment to confidentiality of analyzed information and images, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and internal policies
Availability to work according to established operational schedules and targets
High level of attention, concentration and critical judgment; ethical, impartial and responsible conduct in technical analysis; organization and discipline to meet deadlines and procedures; adaptability to regulations, process updates and operational guidance; and clear, professional written communication.
