About the role

  • Analyze and interpret macroeconomic and financial scenarios to support the company's investment decisions;
  • Manage and optimize proprietary investment portfolios, considering return objectives, liquidity, and adherence to the risk profile;
  • Execute and monitor trading of public and private securities;
  • Develop ALM (Asset Liability Management) studies and models, with a focus on the asset side and alignment with the insurer's liabilities;
  • Design, implement, and monitor allocation strategies and financial planning for the investment portfolio;
  • Evaluate fixed income instruments, derivatives, and investment funds, including risk and performance analysis;
  • Continuously monitor financial market trends and identify capital allocation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in asset management, insurance companies, funds, or treasuries;
  • Advanced knowledge of financial instruments, including fixed income, derivatives, and investment funds;
  • Strong negotiation skills for trading assets and experience in risk management;
  • Familiarity with ALM concepts and insurance sector regulation is desirable;
  • Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI for quantitative analyses;
  • Certifications will be considered a plus;
  • Proficiency in English (required for the role).
