About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and strategic positions, ensuring the attraction and hiring of professionals aligned with business needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and refine talent attraction strategies, using a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment tools to expand reach and improve hiring accuracy.
- Screen resumes, conduct individual and panel interviews, facilitate group dynamics exercises, and carry out technical and behavioral assessments, ensuring the quality and standardization of selection processes.
- Provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from first contact to final feedback, strengthening the employer brand.
- Analyze and enhance recruitment and selection KPIs, proposing continuous improvements based on data and results.
- Operate in accordance with market best practices, staying updated on recruitment trends, employer branding, and labor legislation.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP)
- Postgraduate degree (desirable)
- Experience with recruitment processes for Information Technology positions (desirable)
