About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, organize, file and monitor all legal documentation required for the operation of the Group’s units with the competent regulatory bodies, including Health Surveillance, Municipal Governments, Fire Department, Regional Medical Council (CRM), National Registry of Health Establishments (CNES), among others.
  • Lead and monitor licensing, regularization and compliance processes, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment with applicable legislation at municipal, state and federal levels.
  • Advise internal company areas on regulatory matters, providing technical guidance, regulatory clarifications and support for regulatory impact analyses.
  • Prepare and compile renewal processes for licenses, authorizations, certifications and registrations, taking into account periodicity, internal workflows, specific requirements of each unit and legislative updates.
  • Interface with public agencies, maintaining formal communication, tracking protocols and addressing requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the sector, assessing risks, proposing corrective actions and disseminating information to impacted areas.
  • Manage and update internal controls for license status, deadlines, renewals and mandatory documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance in the system.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of internal procedures, regulatory workflows, technical reports and official communications related to the area.
  • Contribute to corporate projects, especially those involving expansion, opening new units, address changes, scope or service modifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (completed) in Administration, Production Engineering, Law or related fields.
  • Prior experience working with regulatory bodies; experience with healthcare-related processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret legislation, technical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail, organization and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare documents, reports and communications with public agencies.
