About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recording, classification, posting, and reconciliation of accounting and financial transactions;
Respond to and support internal and external audits by providing records;
Prepare documentation and clarify inquiries;
Register vendors, customers, products, and financial categories;
Manage fixed assets in the accounting records and perform related routines;
Perform monthly reconciliation between the fixed asset register and the balances of the accounting accounts;
Prepare the monthly fixed asset movement report;
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting;
Previous experience in the area;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of the Protheus system is desirable.
