About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to internal users
Handle tickets in Desk Manager
Perform release updates
Collaborate with other team members
Status reporting
Scope detailing, AS-IS mapping and TO-BE design
Implementation of improvements
Deployment, configuration, development of customizations, documentation of business rules, development of enhancements, and change management administration in the RM Saúde environment
Applying patches, version upgrades and other TOTVS services
Project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed (Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field)
Experience with RM Saúde (required)
Proficiency in Hospital Revenue Cycle — billing to health plans and hospitals, accounts receivable, claims denials and appeals (glosas), contracts and billing rules
Programming logic
Scripting for test automation
Proficiency in debugging techniques
