About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to internal users;
Handle tickets in Desk Manager;
Release updates;
Collaborate with other team peers;
Status reporting and meetings with area managers;
Scope detailing, AS-IS mapping and TO-BE design;
Implementation of improvements;
Deployment, configuration, development of customizations, documentation of business rules, enhancement development, administration and change management in the Hemotherapy system;
Applying patches, version updates, and delivery validations;
Project deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related);
Experience with Healthcare/Hemotherapy systems (required): REALBLOOD, SBS, TASY;
Proven experience working in the Healthcare sector;
Programming logic;
Test scripting and automation programming;
Proficiency in debugging techniques.
