About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to internal users;
- Handle tickets in Desk Manager;
- Release updates;
- Collaborate with other team peers;
- Status reporting and meetings with area managers;
- Scope detailing, AS-IS mapping and TO-BE design;
- Implementation of improvements;
- Deployment, configuration, development of customizations, documentation of business rules, enhancement development, administration and change management in the Hemotherapy system;
- Applying patches, version updates, and delivery validations;
- Project deliveries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related);
- Experience with Healthcare/Hemotherapy systems (required): REALBLOOD, SBS, TASY;
- Proven experience working in the Healthcare sector;
- Programming logic;
- Test scripting and automation programming;
- Proficiency in debugging techniques.
