About the role

  • Reconcile customer credits daily (health plan operators and hospitals) in the system using statements from health plans, hospitals, and clients
  • Deliver monthly closing reports of the reconciliations performed
  • Interact with related departments (Billing, Commercial/Sales, Claims Appeal/Denial Management, and Client Services), resolving potential issues that impede reconciliation
  • Prepare reports to communicate payment discrepancies to clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of tax applicability and withholdings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Business Administration or related field)
  • Experience in the role or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel desirable)
