About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reconcile customer credits daily (health plan operators and hospitals) in the system using statements from health plans, hospitals, and clients
- Deliver monthly closing reports of the reconciliations performed
- Interact with related departments (Billing, Commercial/Sales, Claims Appeal/Denial Management, and Client Services), resolving potential issues that impede reconciliation
- Prepare reports to communicate payment discrepancies to clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of tax applicability and withholdings
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Business Administration or related field)
- Experience in the role or in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel desirable)
