About the role
- Monitor pending billings in billing queues and generate SADT invoices;
- Compare the account content with the system content, ensuring correct billing of accounts;
- Confirm authorization passwords by phone and other electronic means;
- Request authorizations on payers' portals in a timely manner, monitor responses and release accounts in the system;
- Liaise with payers in cases of authorization or billing submission inconsistencies;
- Verify billing accounts within the system;
- Manage submissions according to each payer's schedule and the monthly closing;
- Organize documents for submission to the payer/insurer;
- Submit XML files through payers' portals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Experience in the healthcare sector: hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or health insurance operators;
- Experience with AMB and CBHPM tables, SADT authorization, and XML submission;
- Knowledge of ZGT, Tasy, MV, and TOTVS systems is desirable
