About the role

  • Bookkeeping, classification, accounting entries, and accounting and financial reconciliations;
  • Provide support to internal and external audits by presenting records;
  • Prepare documentation and clarify inquiries;
  • Registration of suppliers, customers, products, and financial classifications;
  • Analysis and reconciliation of customers and suppliers (accounts receivable and accounts payable);
  • Management of fixed assets in accounting, performing related routines;
  • Analysis and reconciliation of inventories and taxes related to the company's inventories;
  • Solid knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Fiscal;
  • Classification and valuation of inventory;
  • Experience with cost analysis and variance;
  • Perform monthly fixed asset movement tracking;
  • Integration with purchasing, warehouse and tax departments;
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC registration;
  • Previous experience in the area;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Mandatory knowledge of the Thotus Protheus system;
  • Strong knowledge in inventory management will be a plus.
