Regional Manager
Grupo GF PneusRegional Manager responsible for commercial management and team leadership in the southern region of Brazil. Managing strategies for business maximization and KPI analysis for the sales team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the commercial team for the Wholesale business in the Southern region;
- Define business strategies to maximize managerial results;
- Monitor the team's development daily and monthly (deliverables and KPIs);
- Recruit and develop the Sales team;
- Strategically develop business to ensure the rollout and launch of new tools and products;
- Assist in the sales closing process;
- Interface with other departments across the company;
- Responsible for sales strategies and for developing and implementing commercial processes;
- Responsible for developing and proposing the sales team structure to meet the area's budget program;
- Promote the company's culture and values;
- Ability to perform analyses and benchmarking against market trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in commercial management and leadership of sales teams;
- Experience in the automotive sector, tires, parts, transportation/logistics, or fleet management;
- Strong ability to analyze performance indicators (volume, margin, cost per km, profitability);
- Skill in strategic negotiation and contract management;
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and sales reporting;
- Willingness to travel;
- Driver's license (Category B).
