About the role
- Provide Level 1 technical support to ERP system users
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Perform system updates in testing (homologation) and production environments
- Participate in training and professional development sessions
- Manage personal time and appropriately prioritize tasks
- Monitor and respond to support tickets until full resolution
- Maintain detailed documentation of support procedures and applied solutions
- Log, track, and resolve incidents according to established SLAs
- Conduct tests to reproduce issues and validate fixes in the system.
Requirements
- Higher education (in progress or completed) in Technology or related fields
- Experience in customer service
- Experience providing technical support for systems
- Experience with support tools
- Experience handling data, especially in Excel, and preparing reports
- Knowledge of financial institution processes
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL query language
- Knowledge of requirements analysis
- Knowledge of system documentation
- Knowledge of credit products, such as payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans), personal loans, credit assignment/transfer, overdraft, revolving credit, working capital, financing, among others
- Knowledge of banking services, such as checking accounts, bill payments, bank collections, direct debit, cash withdrawals, and debit card operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems
