About the role

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to ERP system users
  • Assist customers through multiple communication channels
  • Perform system updates in testing (homologation) and production environments
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions
  • Manage personal time and appropriately prioritize tasks
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets until full resolution
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support procedures and applied solutions
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents according to established SLAs
  • Conduct tests to reproduce issues and validate fixes in the system.

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed) in Technology or related fields
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience providing technical support for systems
  • Experience with support tools
  • Experience handling data, especially in Excel, and preparing reports
  • Knowledge of financial institution processes
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL query language
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of system documentation
  • Knowledge of credit products, such as payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans), personal loans, credit assignment/transfer, overdraft, revolving credit, working capital, financing, among others
  • Knowledge of banking services, such as checking accounts, bill payments, bank collections, direct debit, cash withdrawals, and debit card operations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
