About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Study, enable, build, and develop strategies aimed at proactive management within the scope of revenue protection, using credit bureau listings (negative listings) and electronic protest (electronic debt protest through notary offices);
Monitor performance and target indicators related to the Energisa Group’s collection actions involving negative listings and electronic protest;
Resolve and manage process deviations and issues related to collection actions for negative listings and electronic protest;
Interact directly with partner credit bureaus to design and define campaigns, strategies, and improvements;
Work closely with the IT area to implement systemic fixes, especially together with support and development analysts;
Understand the rules governing electronic protest and monitor notary office execution of those actions;
Periodically report to supervisors within the Energisa Group on the progress of activities and projects;
Participate in the assessment of new strategic opportunities for the Group that can be implemented in the Receivables area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in strategic management, process management, project management, and/or commercial areas;
Proficiency in Power BI.
What will be considered a plus:
Knowledge of contract management, project management, training in strategic management and analytics;
Familiarity with data and ETL tools (Alteryx, Knime, and SQL);
Knowledge of REN 1000.
