About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage attraction, recruitment and selection for high-volume operational and strategic roles;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and design assessment stages to ensure alignment with the desired profile;
  • Ensure compliance with Recruitment & Selection policies and procedures; develop and execute attraction and selection strategies to promote D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) within the responsible unit;
  • Design and implement attraction and selection strategies for entry programs such as Apprenticeships and Internships;
  • Identify opportunities and implement improvements to the selection journey and candidate experience;
  • Manage the vacancy portfolio and the end-to-end recruitment & selection process;
  • Monitor and control Recruitment & Selection metrics (vacancy SLA, turnover, uptake of entry programs, Diversity & Inclusion and NPS), proposing action plans to address issues or process deviations;
  • Guide and clarify questions from managers involved in the process;
  • Prepare delivery reports for unit and corporate monthly meetings, indicating positions closed during the month, outstanding items and action plans;
  • Propose revisions and improvements to recruitment & selection workflows;
  • Support the local unit HR Business Partner (BP), Corporate HR and the Directorate with recruitment & selection-related requests;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related fields;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of assessment techniques (competency-based interviews, situational interviews, case studies, behavioral tests);
  • Proven experience and expertise in recruitment & selection processes;
  • Experience supporting strategic and administrative requests.
